It is mainly utilized in cutting and preparing curtain walls and window materials made of aluminum alloy, and also plastic profiles.
It uses carbide saw blades and the outer diameter reaches Φ480, rendering high linear speed and high machining precision.
Feeding at the right head is made by the motion of high lead ball screw, offering high precision, accurate positioning and stable operation.
It adopts CNC technology, which allows the automatic preparation of profiles of various dimensions.
When the machine tool is running, blades of both heads can either do the cutting at the same time or separately.
The heads can be set at 45° or 90° in light of the need.
The saw teeth point upwards to make the sawing safe and reliable, and the sawing is of great height and width.
